When you pay by bKash, Nagad or Rocket, you submit a transaction ID and the mobile number used to send the payment. We use this only to verify that payment was received. We do not collect or store your PIN, OTP, card number or any other payment credential.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you order, issue invoices, provide support, and send you transactional messages about your account. With your consent we may also send occasional service updates.
5. Sharing
